This small float is used in classes and training. The curved part enables it to be held between your legs. When positioned between the thighs, it enables muscle strengthening of the arms, shoulders and chest muscles. Works on core strength when placed between the calves. Focuses on tilting work of the pelvis in butterfly stroke. Excellent buoyancy.
