Crossovers jump rope
The crossovers jump rope is equipped with beads along the length of the rope cable. These beads provide a very light weight that adds momentum to the rope. This allows you to easily perform "crossovers," one of the signature movements that emerged during the 2023 CrossFit Games Open.
This rope is ideal for both beginners and experienced jumpers. It is available in four sizes.
