Used in Complement of our steel balls (Sold in bags of 25 kg - reference s10003), these granules allow to obtain a ballast More flexible, better distributed and more comfortable to handle. The mixture of granules and steel balls limits sudden internal movements and reduces the impact during dynamic exercises, thus improving the training experience.

TIPS OF USE :

For optimal filling of Sandbag Hybrid Adjustable Competition, we recommend a composition of about 60% steel balls and 30% rubber granules, the remaining weight corresponding to the bag itself.

For models Husafell and Strongbag, focus on a mixture composed of 80% steel balls and 20% rubber granules.
